William Penn Real Estate Associates (WPREA) began operating in 2010 with a small group of realtors who were looking for a place to grow their careers and where they would be valued. Our broker began with the goal to provide careers where realtors could continuously learn and grow. Their philosophy has continued and is extended to all staff at WPREA, “When you invest in people, the return will benefit everyone”. Our goal is to have well trained employees with the ability to grow professionally.
