William Penn Real Estate Associates (WPREA) is licensed to assist buyers purchasing properties in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
WPREA agents are well versed in the real estate market, contracts and negotiations. This allows them to
be able to listen to their buyers’ goals and preferences to help them make decisions in order to accomplish those goals. William Penn prides themselves with the free exchange of ideas, training, and cooperation among agents.
Why should a buyer choose a real estate agent?
- A William Penn Real Estate agent will have the training and expertise to be able to represent the buyer’s best interests. Our associates’ goals are to walk their client, the buyer through the processes of contracts and negotiations. This includes making the best offers and knowing the current market so they can give the best advice.
- All commission structures are negotiable, and every transaction is unique in how commissions are determined.
- “Is it true that I will save money if I choose not to use a realtor?” While there are a few occasions that this can be true, an agent can offer protections for things of which you may not be aware. An agent will know to look for certain items while looking at details about a property, reviewing specific wording in the contracts of sale, or how to conduct buyer due diligence.
- WPREA recommends finding a realtor you trust to represent you before searching for properties. It is helpful to have a realtor to contact the listing realtors. Listing realtors will be looking out for their seller’s interests. Having your own realtor to represent you will help you be knowledgeable through the entire process. At WPREA we want to make sure that you know and understand every step of the process.
