Client Reviews
"Working with William Penn Real Estate Associates was a very positive experience. Paul Boronow met with us. He
gave us considerable background on the company and took us through the selling process step by step, explaining
(in understandable terms) all the paperwork that we would need.
Paul had a folder full of statistics on our property showing boundaries, land elevations, flood plains, soil surveys, and
zoning to name a few. We were also given information on other properties similar to ours in the surrounding area.
Being the first time we were responsible for an estate sale, we had LOTS of questions. Every time we contacted the
company via phone or email, we received prompt and thorough clarifying answers to each question. Everyone was
so patient with us, especially Emily. At no time during the process did we feel rushed or pressured to make a
decision. The whole process was completed in less than 5 months.
I would highly recommend using William Penn Real Estate Associates”

“We couldn't have been more pleased with the service Paul Boronow provided during our buying and selling process.
After attempting to sell our house by owner, we decided to consult Paul. We had lofty goals of both getting a certain
price for our home and having it under contract in a VERY short period of time. Paul's expertise and experience
allowed us to accomplish both of our goals.
When looking to buy a home, Paul helped us navigate through the process of researching many homes. There was
one house in particular that we were seriously considering. Paul noticed a potential problem with the septic system
that could have vastly affected the resale value down the road. We felt that our best interest was Paul's first priority.
He was readily available and flexible with our schedule even going as far as to help us move.
In the end, we decided to build a new home and Paul was able to help us decide which upgrades would add long
term value to our house. We valued Paul's counsel from start to finish. We highly recommend Paul from William
Penn as both a listing and buying agent.”
